Learning behavior can be driven by motivation, when the quality of this motivation is high it will have a positive impact on welfare, but low detrimental welfare. This study aims to determine relationship between achievement affiliation and student learning during Covid-19 pandemic. Research design correlation with SEM analysis techniques. The subjects that used consist 2941 junior school students who were selected using cluster random sampling technique. research data was taken 3 psychological scales, namely behavior. has been collected then analyzed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based Partial Least Square (PLS) assisted Warp – PLS version 7.0. results show coefficient 0.64.
